California spicy crab

8 oz Lump crab meat

English cucumber


4 tbsp Light mayo

1tbsp Sriracha

Sprinkle Sesame seeds

1 tsp Soy sauce

1 bunch Ginger


First take crab meat and put into bowl add mayo, sriracha, pinch of salt and paper & a dash of soy sauce. Cut some of the cucumber into small chicks and add to bowl along with a few chives. One small palm full of each should be great. Mix and set aside. Take remaining cucumber and slice, set into tray and then take a tsp. And spoon crab onto cucumber. The. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and top with chives. Serve with shaved finger and soy sauce for dipping! Enjoy!

Lobster Bisque

You will need two lobster tails cooked and chopped set aside. (All you do is drop de thawed lobster into boiling water until they are bright red and tail is curled)

In heated pan drizzle with olive oil until bottom of pan is covered.

Add 1 white onion finely chopped

2 finely chopped celery stalk

Sauté until tender add 4 springs fresh thyme

1/2 cup white wine and boil until half gone

Add 6 oz can tomato paste

Add 32 oz chicken stalk

One 14.5 can diced tomatoes

Add two cups heavy whipping cream and boil until creamy

Add in lobster

Add one tblsp corn starch for thickening (mix with a little chicken stalk or water and then add so it doesn’t lump up in soup)

Serve with crusty bread! 😊

Shrimp and veggie kale salad

First you will need to cook shrimp

Heat a pan with

5 pads of butter add 5 cloves garlic, 1 tsp basil and one tap oregano and 1/2 tsp garlic salt. One hot and melted add shrimp until they are cooked and butter starts to carmelize and stick to shrimp remove from heat and set aside.

Chop 2 cups kale and one romain lettuce mix in bowl and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste, slice fresh radishes and place on top of kale mix, slice avocado and place on top sprinkle poppy seeds on top, add fresh tomatoes and then steamed green beans with fresh Parmesan. Add shrimp to salad and top with ceased vinaigrette dressing (I picked this up at Aldis) mix and enjoy!!

Lemon garlic shrimp 

These shrimp are so juicy and are great alone as an appatizer or throw into a salad to make a healthy meal. 

One bag jumbo uncooked shrimp ( thawed) 

2 large garlic cloves minced 

2 lemons  

4 tbsp unsalted butter 

Add butter, garlic and shrimp to medium heat and cook until shrimp is pink. Squeeze both lemons over shrimp and drop lemons into pan cook a few mins longer until lemons are charged. Add shrimp to plate and drizzle butter and lemon from pan over top of shrimp add parsley and serve.

Herbed lemon chicken in cream sauce 

We had a crazy busy Saturday and didn’t get home till 8:30 PM and I had chicken I had to use that in the fridge I threw this together and wow packed full of flavor and done in 30 minutes. 

First you will need……..

 3 big chicken breast cut in half 

Olive oil each side of chicken breast 


oregano and basil 

(About 2 tblsp of oregano and basil cover each side generously) 

add olive oil to cast-iron skillet and seer each side of chicken 

add 1 medium diced White onion 

2 stalks celery choppped small 

2 large garlic cloves sliced

sauté until tender 

Add 6 tblsp lemon juice 

1 package cherry tomatoes

1 cup vegetable broth 

Bake in oven for 20 minutes @425 

Remove and add 1 cup heavy whipping cream and one cup mozzarella cheese (bring to a boil on stove top, once boiling remove from heat and simmer) 

Boil linguini noodles until tender and drain add butter or olive oil, garlic salt and parsley flakes for flavor. 

Put noodles on plate top with creamy cheese sauce and add sliced chicken, top with fresh basil leaf and enjoy!

Zucchini bites 

These little biscuit like zuccini bites are packed full of flavor and nutrition. Use as little buns for sliders or just eat plain as a snack.

2 cups shredded zucchini ( you must place shredded zucchini in a dish towel and ring out as much moister as you can, or they will be a pile of mush)

1/2cup grated Parmesan

1/2 cup grated Colby cheese

2 eggs

1tbsp basil

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp garlic salt

Mix together

Add 1/4 cup of almond flour  and mix. (You don’t have to use almond flour can use any flour)

(You may have to add a little more almond flour as mixture sits to soak up extra liquids)
Place 1 inch balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place in preheated over @ 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until tops are golden brown.

Remove cool and enjoy!!😉👌
